DIY Cough Syrup + Throat Soother Kit

The kit comes with everything already portioned, so I just steeped a batch the night my throat started feeling like the Sahara. Tastes herbal and a little earthy, which I don't mind. Making it part of my cold season routine.

My throat was scratchy all week and this kit had everything I needed already portioned out, which made it way easier than hunting down individual herbs. The instructions were clear enough that I had a batch simmering in about twenty minutes and it soothed my throat almost immediately.

I was skeptical about making my own remedy, but the kit breaks everything down so clearly that even I felt like a healer by the end. Having the dried herbs and the guide together means I can finally tackle that Sahara-dry throat feeling without hunting down a dozen separate ingredients.
