3. ØJE URTEUDTRÆK: klarhed, hukommelse + koncentrationsstøtte

I was skeptical about yet another herbal tonic, but the gotu kola in this one actually seems to do something. Took it before an afternoon of spreadsheets and the usual 3pm brain fog never showed up. The spray bottle is a bit awkward to aim, but the focus is worth it.

Two sprays under my tongue before a big meeting and the brain fog just lifts within ten minutes or so. I've been using it most mornings for a few weeks now and my focus during long work sessions has genuinely improved.

I've been using this on afternoons when my brain feels like molasses, and three sprays under my tongue genuinely helps me push through the last few hours of work. The gotu kola is the main thing I was after, since I'd read good things about it for focus.
