I've been using this for my morning commute and it keeps my tea hot for a good two hours. The 20 oz size means I don't have to refill, and it fits my car's cup holder without wobbling.

CALABASH BOWL TUMBLER

Took this for about six weeks hoping it'd help my nails, and they do seem a little less brittle, but honestly it's hard to tell. The texture is thick and a bit briny, so I mostly hide it in baked goods rather than eating it straight off the spoon. Fine, just not the miracle I was expecting.

GOLD SEA MOSS: anti-inflammatory + hair/skin/nails + sexual function

The matcha mixes in fairly smooth with warm water, no big clumps like the cheap stuff I tried before. But the flavor is quite grassy and bitter unless I add honey, so it's not something I can sip plain. It does give a calmer lift than coffee, I'll give it that.

MATCHA : high grade + organic

I wasn't ready for how tart these are, but now I'm hooked. They add such a nice tangy kick sprinkled over my morning granola, way better than raisins.

RAW INCAN BERRIES: tart + sugar craving superfood!

The fact that this gives me all 9 essential amino acids in one plant source is what sold me, since I lift four days a week and hate choking down multiple protein powders. Two weeks in, my afternoon energy dip is basically gone. Mixes into water fine if you stir it long enough.

100% PURE MORINGA: superfood
