GO THE HECK 2 SLEEP (RỜI): trà ngủ ngon

The passionflower in this actually does something — I'm out within twenty minutes of finishing a cup. Loose leaf means I get to control the strength, and I go a bit heavier on nights before a big meeting.

I was skeptical about a tea actually helping me sleep, but about 20 minutes after a cup I'm genuinely drowsy. The loose leaves are a bit messy to strain, but the passionflower flavor is mild enough that I don't need honey.

The passionflower in this blend is unmistakable—it tastes like my grandmother actually grew it herself. I steep it about 20 minutes before bed and the gentle calm hits before I even finish the mug. That caffeine-free label isn't lying, I've slept through the night three days straight now.
