آخر أعصابي: عينة استرخاء وتعافٍ

The sampler packs are what sold me, since I could try a few blends before committing to a full tin. The soothing herbs really do take the edge off after a chaotic day, and I noticed it within a few sips.

I keep a tin of this at my desk for afternoons when my inbox is winning, and one cup genuinely takes the edge off without making me drowsy. The herbal blend is smooth enough that I drink it without honey.

That first steep hit different — the herbs actually mellowed me out before I finished the mug, and I went from snapping at my kid to laughing with him in minutes. The sampler's a smart way to test which blend you need on rotation, and the calming effect genuinely lasts past the last sip.
