مستخلص كافا كافا العشبي: يعزز الاسترخاء العميق والهدوء

I was skeptical about a tincture actually relaxing me, but about 30 minutes after a dropper my jaw and neck finally unclenched. The alcohol base is strong, so I chase it with juice.

Two droppers in the evening and my shoulders finally unclench after a long day at the desk. The alcohol base hits a little sharp under the tongue, but it fades fast and the calm creeps in slow. Just don't plan on driving anywhere after.

Took a dropper about an hour before bed and the tension in my jaw just melted away. The alcohol base gives it a bit of a bite, but chasing it with tea covers that fine. Definitely not something to take if you still have driving to do.
