إليوثيرو فاندروس: عينة شاي لالتهاب الحلق والمطربين والمتحدثين

The slippery elm really coats my throat instead of just tasting nice, which matters after long calls all day. Ginger gives it a gentle warmth without burning. I keep a tin at my desk now.

The slippery elm really does coat your throat instead of just tasting like tea, which is exactly what I needed after a week of nonstop conference calls. Ginger and lemon balm keep it from being too sweet or flat. I've been drinking a mug every night and my voice feels less scratchy by morning.

I sing in a cover band on weekends, and after a three-hour rehearsal my voice was completely shot. I made a cup of this with the ginger and lemon balm, and by the next morning my throat felt coated and normal again. Now it's a permanent part of my gig bag.
